- Is there a minimum spend or minimum number of guests for our date?
- Is food made in-house, or can we bring our own caterer?
- Who serves alcohol, and are the bartenders Smart Serve certified?
- Is there a microphone, screen or projector for speeches and awards?
- How will people get home — transit, parking, taxis? (Plan for December weather.)
- Is the space accessible, and can you handle dietary needs and allergies?
- What is the deposit, and what happens if a storm forces a change of date?
Setting a budget: work out a per-person figure that covers venue, food, drinks and extras, then multiply by your headcount. Asking caterers for a per-head price and venues whether food is included explains most of the difference between quotes.

Frequently asked questions
When should we book a December holiday party in London?
As soon as you have a headcount. Friday and Saturday nights in early and mid December are the first dates venues fill, often months ahead. Weeknights, lunches and January “after the holidays” parties are much easier to find at short notice.
How does the free matching work?
Tell us your date, number of guests, budget and what you need. Within one business day we email you a short list of London venues and vendors that fit, and you contact them directly. There is no cost and no obligation.
Can you help with a small team?
Yes. Include your headcount and we will only suggest places that suit it — from a private room for a dozen people to a hall for a few hundred.
Do we need separate caterers and bartenders?
It depends on the venue. Some include food and drink; others let you bring your own caterer and a licensed bar service. Ask each venue first — the answer shapes the rest of your bookings and most of the difference between quotes.
