About
Your people. Their perspective. Your memories.
SF Memories brings guest photos and videos together with one simple QR code. Built for weddings, birthdays, graduations, team sports celebrations, company functions, holiday parties, anniversaries, reunions and community events, it helps you collect the moments captured by everyone who was there.
Display your event QR code on tables, signs or invitations. Guests scan and upload from their phone browser—no guest app or account required. View contributions in your private owner album and download the originals. The upload QR code does not open a public gallery.
Choose your favourites together. Invite a partner or collaborator with their own sign-in, keep individual favourites and build a shared selection of up to 10 photos. Download a selected-photo pack with creative instructions to use in your own ChatGPT account for captions, collages or social-post ideas. This optional workflow requires you to attach the files yourself; nothing is automatically sent to AI, and available tools and results vary.

The demo uses illustrative AI-generated photos so you can try choosing favourites and downloading a creative pack before buying.

Our story
Memories began with a simple request from a friend planning his wedding: make it easy to collect everyone’s photos. That idea grew into a tool for the moments people share at all kinds of events.
From a graduation celebration to a team banquet, a company holiday party or a family milestone, every guest sees something different. SF Memories gives those photos and videos one place to land, so the event owner can enjoy and download them without chasing messages afterward.
Built by Special Forces Marketing in Edmonton, Memories keeps the guest experience simple: scan a QR code, upload and get back to celebrating. Your people. Their perspective. Your memories.
