These terms govern your use of eventlli.com, a directory connecting event planners with local vendors in London, Ontario. By browsing the site, contacting a vendor, or creating a vendor account, you agree to these terms.

What Eventlli is — and isn't

Eventlli is a discovery platform. We help event planners find vendors, and help vendors get found — we are not a party to any agreement between a client and a vendor. Any booking, quote, contract, payment, or dispute for event services (photography, catering, venues, and so on) is strictly between the client and the vendor. Eventlli does not guarantee the accuracy of vendor listings, the quality of any vendor's work, or the outcome of any booking.

Using the site as a visitor

No account is required to browse vendors or send an inquiry. When you submit an inquiry, booking request, or review, you agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only for genuine event-planning purposes.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the vendor. We may decline or remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or unrelated to the vendor's services. A "verified booking" badge means the reviewer's email matched an accepted booking on that listing — it is not an endorsement of the review's content by Eventlli.

Vendor listings

• Vendor accounts and listings are subject to our review and approval, and we may suspend or remove a listing at our discretion — for example, for inaccurate information or a violation of these terms.
• You're responsible for keeping your listing, pricing, and availability accurate.
• Featured placement on the homepage may be earned through our referral program or granted by Eventlli at our discretion, and is not guaranteed for any fixed period beyond what's stated at the time it's granted.

Subscriptions and billing

Eventlli offers Free, Paid, and Corporate vendor plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your subscription dashboard; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including scraping the site, submitting false listings or reviews, or using contact information obtained through Eventlli for unsolicited marketing.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eventlli is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any transaction between a client and a vendor.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
